City Church Leadership

City Church is honored to be led by a passionate and committed leadership team devoted to serving Christ and advancing His mission. Each member of our team brings unique gifts, experience, and a heart for ministry as they faithfully help lead, support, and care for our church family. Below are brief biographies highlighting our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Marc L. Minerella

Lead Pastor & Founder, City Church and Fruitful Beginnings Preschool

Pastor Marc Minerella is the Founder and Lead Pastor of City Church, a dynamic and growing ministry he launched in 2014 with a vision to create a church that is real, relevant, and relational. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, Pastor Marc is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their God-given purpose.

Known for his authentic leadership and heart for people, Pastor Marc believes ministry is built on relationships, not just programs. His desire is to see lives transformed through the power of God’s Word, passionate worship, and genuine community. Under his leadership, City Church has become a place where people from all backgrounds can experience hope, healing, and spiritual growth.

In 2024, Pastor Marc expanded his vision for impacting the next generation by founding Fruitful Beginnings Preschool, an initiative focused on early childhood education, faith, and community development. This reflects his commitment to building strong spiritual foundations for children and families.

Pastor Marc is a graduate of Northpoint Bible College (formerly Zion Bible College), where he studied Pastoral Ministry, Christian Education, Music, and Biblical Studies. His ministry style is deeply influenced by a passion for the presence of God and a “Davidic Worship” approach — worship without boundaries. He is committed to fostering unity across cultures, generations, and denominations through worship and the teaching of Scripture.

As a pastor and leader, Pastor Marc is dedicated to equipping and empowering others to serve, lead, and thrive in their calling. His heart is to build a church culture where people are encouraged to grow spiritually, serve faithfully, and make a lasting impact in their community and beyond.

Pastor Marc has been blessed to learn from influential ministry leaders including Clint Brown, T. D. Jakes, and Ron Kenoly. He and his wife, Stacie, live in Marlborough with their two sons, Lawson and Lucano, and their daughter, Livianna.
